The chef of ORZO Cocktail Bar is Marcin Kruk, one of the best and most successful Polish bartenders. The winner of the Polish edition of the most prestigious bartending competition - World Class Bartender of the Year 2018 and the winner of the second place in the World Class Poland competition in 2017. Finalist of the global World Class competition in Berlin, bartender and bar manager with over 10 years of experience and a trainer at the Ashanti culinary school in Łódź. In her work, she is guided by discovering new flavors and flavor combinations and building a hospitable atmosphere in the bar.
