Terms of service
ORZO • orzo.pl
Effective from 17 October 2026
These terms set out how to use orzo.pl and the services of ORZO restaurants available on it. We make them available free of charge before you use the services, in a form you can download, save and print.
1. Service provider and contact
The service provider and seller of vouchers is Gastro Group Kwaśniewski i Wspólnicy Spółka Jawna, Pl. Konstytucji 5, 00-657 Warsaw, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5252585480. Email: kontakt@orzo.pl. Complaints: kontakt@orzo.pl or by post to the address above.
ORZO restaurants are also run by ORZO KONESER Sp. z o.o., ORZO Kraków sp. z o.o., ORZO WROCŁAW Sp. z o.o. and ORZO POZNAŃ Sp. z o.o. Their details are on the Company documents and details page. Restaurant addresses and phone numbers are on their pages under Restaurants.
2. Services
The site lets you: browse the menu and restaurant information, send event enquiries through a form, sign up for the newsletter, go to table booking in the MojStolik.pl system and buy vouchers (gift cards) to use in ORZO restaurants. The electronic services are free; vouchers and meals ordered in the restaurant are paid for.
A consumer is a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not directly related to their business or profession.
3. Technical requirements and use
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled. To buy a voucher you need a working email address. Refusing optional cookies does not stop you using the services.
Give true data needed to provide the service. Do not send unlawful content, infringe other people’s rights, send malware or disrupt the site. If we detect abuse, we may take proportionate protective measures. These do not limit customers’ statutory rights.
Using the internet involves risks such as phishing and malware. Keep your device updated and check the site address before paying. We announce significant planned downtime on the site. We are liable for non-performance or improper performance of our obligations under the law.
4. Forms and newsletter
The form service begins when you start filling in the form and ends when you send the message or leave the form. Sending an event enquiry is not a booking or an order; the chosen restaurant prepares an offer.
The newsletter is free and voluntary. You sign up by giving your email and consenting to receive it. The service lasts until you unsubscribe or the newsletter ends. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by writing to kontakt@orzo.pl, free of charge. Newsletter consent is not a condition of other services.
5. Table booking
You book a table in the MojStolik.pl system, which the “Book” buttons for each restaurant lead to. You enter the date, time, number of people and contact details there, and the booking is binding once you receive confirmation. You can also book by phone with the chosen restaurant.
An ordinary table booking is free, with no prepayment and no no-show fee. You can cancel or change it in the booking system or by phone with the restaurant; please do so as early as possible. A booking alone is not a purchase of a meal. Events, parties and bookings that require a deposit have separate terms, which we provide before the contract is concluded.
6. Buying a voucher and concluding the contract
Vouchers come in two forms: electronic (a PDF with a code sent by email, no delivery cost) or paper (a printed card sent within Poland, delivery 25 zł). A voucher can be used in any ORZO restaurant: Warsaw Plac Konstytucji, Warsaw Koneser, Kraków Zabłocie, Wrocław Nowy Targ and Poznań Garbary.
Choose the amount and form of the voucher, add it to the cart and enter the required details. Before you confirm, we show a summary with the total price and delivery cost; you can correct mistakes at that point. We do not add any charges not shown before purchase.
You place the order with a button indicating an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes the order details, the amount and a link to these terms.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are in Polish złoty and include VAT. The price accepted in the order is binding. Information about promotions and price reductions is given in line with the law.
Payment is made in advance, using the methods shown when you place the order. Online payments are handled by the payment operator shown at checkout; being redirected to the operator does not change who the seller is. We do not receive full payment card details. Receipts and invoices are issued in line with the law.
8. Delivery and use of the voucher
We send an electronic voucher to the email given in the order once payment is received. We send a paper voucher to the delivery address in Poland. If your voucher has not arrived, check your spam folder or write to kontakt@orzo.pl.
You can use the voucher in any ORZO restaurant until the expiry date shown on it. It cannot be exchanged for cash. If the bill is higher than the voucher value, you pay the difference on the spot.
9. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer may withdraw from the voucher purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not been used. The rules and how to withdraw are set out in the Refund policy.
For catering services where the contract specifies a date or period of performance, the right of withdrawal may be excluded under Art. 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. We inform you of such an exception before the contract is concluded. Excluding withdrawal without reason does not remove the right to make a complaint.
10. Complaints
Send complaints about the site, vouchers or payments to kontakt@orzo.pl, to Pl. Konstytucji 5, 00-657 Warsaw or in another permitted way. Describe what happened, give the date, order number, what you are asking for and your contact details. The order number helps but is not required for the complaint to be accepted.
We answer a consumer’s complaint within 14 days of receiving it, on paper or by email. If we do not answer within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted unless the law provides otherwise. Reporting a problem to the payment operator does not exclude a complaint to the seller.
11. Help and out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers can get help from municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and consumer organisations. Information on out-of-court dispute resolution is at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
If a dispute is not resolved after a complaint, we will state whether we agree to take part in out-of-court proceedings or refuse, naming the competent body where the law requires it.
12. Personal data
How we process data is described in the Privacy policy, and technologies on your device in the Cookie policy. Accepting these terms does not mean consenting to the newsletter or optional cookies.
13. Changes and final provisions
We may change these terms when the law, our services or the way we provide them changes. The new version and its effective date are published on the site. Contracts already concluded are governed by the version in force when they were concluded. For the newsletter, we give 14 days’ notice of changes, with the option to unsubscribe free of charge.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Consumer Rights Act. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. The competent court is determined by law.
